CONSTRUCTION SERVICES is run by Paul Davies and Les Ward. Paul trained as an Architectural Technician with a large Consultancy for four years. He progressed into Site Management, then in 1988 started working for himself, specialising in small to medium building projects, ranging from internal alterations up to single dwellings. The majority of our construction services work is in building home extensions.
Les Ward served his bricklaying apprenticeship with Wimpey winning a national apprentice of the year award and he has continued to provide 1st class work throughout his substantial career in the construction services industry.
PERSONAL SERVICE We take pride in our personal service, we do not take on several jobs at once and run multiple teams of casual labour to do the work. Instead we operate our own team of skilled builders who see the core of the job through from start to finish of any construction services. Any specialist trades we may need to call on we know will provide a first class service. Your project will at all times be controlled by Paul and Les. We are positive that this results in a high standard of work and customer satisfaction.
HOW WE WORK Construction Services (Southern) Ltd can provide a complete building service fromk plans to completion. We will advise you about design, prepare and submit detailed plans for planning permission and building regulations. This will be done personally by Paul Davies who has a wealth of experience with all planning & building regulation issues.
Our work force is picked not only for its skills but also their personality and consideration to the client. For we understand that building an extension is probably one of the largest investments that a family makes and we realise that it is important that you feel totally at ease and confident in your choice of builder as you allow us into your home.
Construction Services (Southern) Ltd always provide a written quote and never ask for money in advance. We hold full insurance and we offer a guarantee with all our work.
Over the last 10 years we have worked on hundreds of local projects ranging from the involvement in designing and building the West Totton Community Centre and Health Centre to small single storey extensions. We have almost certainly already designed and built something similar to which you propose.
